No Front-End Loads,

 Fees or Sales Charges

There are no front-end loads, fees or sales charges of any kind.  however, most fixed annuities have a charge if you have a to cash out in the early years.  This charge will typically begin at about 5% to 7% of your investment amount in the first year and decrease each year so that after 5 to 7 years it completely disappears.  In some cases the charge can be more and last longer. So because there are no front-end charges of any kind, 100% of your initial investment goes to work for you immediately.
