Securities Exchange Commission and the State of Louisiana, under the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 and the
Investment Advisers Supervision Coordination Act.

Financial & Investment
Management Advisors, Inc. (FIM Advisors), was incorporated under the laws of the
State of Louisiana, on April 20, 1994, to act as a successor Registered
Investment Advisor to and assume the investment advisory business of Northlake
Financial Advisors established on February
21, 1985.
FIM Advisors was established as an independent Registered Investment Advisor
to extend objective financial services
including financial planning, asset
management, retirement planning, estate
planning and business consulting services to
individuals, corporations and institutions on a fee
basis without any requirement that they purchase financial
products. The Financial Advisors
associated with FIM Advisors continue their tradition of providing
objective financial advice that has rewarded us, as well as the clients we
serve, very well.
